The general meaning of the Tulip is 'perfect love'. Each colour represents it's own personal meanings. In the case of this photograph I took a few months ago, the emerging of two colours captured my attention. The red representing 'true love' and the yellow representing the expression of cheerful thoughts and sunshine. I brought out the irony of the image by dulling out the effect of the colours in showing the reality of 'perfect love'. It's never fairy tale, it's better because it's real.
